Flexibility counts

Flexible time

Flexible working hours for administrative roles, with adjustable daily work schedules.

Work time at home

Hybrid working possibilities for some positions, including work-from-home equipment.

Infant time

Paid parental leave (2 weeks in connection with the birth, and 32 weeks’ leave after the first 10 weeks of maternity leave.

Time off

5 working weeks (25 days) of paid vacation per year, + 5 holiday days off per year.

We keep it simple

Initial contact

Send us your CV and application, detailing your experience with similar tasks, your educational background, and how your skills complement our team.

First interview

If there is a match, you’ll be invited for a 1st interview. If your qualifications align with the role, we’ll invite you to an initial interview with the recruiting manager and, in some cases, a future colleague too.

Second Interview

If shortlisted for an administrative role, you’ll be invited to a second, more in-depth interview. In some cases, you may be asked to solve a case. After the second interview, we’ll carefully consider your skills and experience to see if there’s a fit for the role.
